Below is information about CampMinder, our new database system which will provide you with all the necessary forms for Summer 2013.
Please note that some forms must be completed and submitted before May 17, 2013, so please be sure to read through the information below very carefully.

Dear Parents,
Camp is right around the corner and we are busy preparing for another great summer in the Poconos! In order to provide your children with the best and safest experience, we need to collect a significant amount of information from you via our camper forms. We understand this process can be time consuming and tedious, so we have taken steps this year to make it easier and more efficient for you.
We are thrilled to introduce you to CampMinder, our new web-based camp management and communication system. This user friendly system will allow you to access and complete all of the camper forms directly from our website. Whether you are a new or returning Camp JRF family, you already have an account created in our system. The simple instructions below will walk you through the necessary steps to set up a password and security questions for your “Parent Login” and allow you to access your "CampInTouch" account to fill out online forms.
Upon clicking the button for “Send E-mail,” you will be sent a link to the email address submitted. (If you do not receive an email within five minutes, please check your junk/spam folder, as the link will expire in one hour.) When you receive the e-mail, follow all instructions to set up your password and security questions. Upon completing this process, you will automatically be logged into your account.
Once logged in, you will see a variety of options available through your new account. Please bring your attention to the section called "Forms Dashboard" and select the "Forms & Documents" link in this section. This section will provide you with all the necessary forms for Summer 2013, as well as downloadable copies of informational Camp documents. Please note that the following forms must be completed and submitted before May 17, 2013:
You can access your account any time by going to our website and clicking on 'Login'. We know that learning a new system can take some time and we appreciate your willingness to join us on this journey. We are confident that, working together with you and with CampMinder, we will make the process of preparing for Camp each summer that much easier for you! If you need help with anything regarding your online account, while you are logged in click on the “Help” link at the top right of the screen and browse the FAQs. If your questions aren't answered, click on the “Help Tickets” link to create a help ticket. These help tickets will be sent directly to CampMinder and will be answered as quickly as possible.
